The mission of The Speak Feed Lead Project is to transform children, and teens to SPEAK with power; FEED others in word and deed; and LEAD with positive influence through public speaking classes, courses, camps, and workshops.
Our vision is to empower children experiencing educational inequity with confidence in communication, especially the more than 13,000 children ages 10-17 admitted annually to county juvenile detention centers, and the 20,000 youths aging out of foster care who are at risk of homelessness.
The Speak Feed Lead Project is determined to help Washington State reform their child welfare system, develop a child welfare safety net, serve abused and neglected kids, and teach skills to empower their present and future success.
