Washington Kids in Transition (WAKITS) is committed to providing basic needs support to homeless children in the Edmonds and Everett School Districts, including food, rental and utility assistance, emergency closets, and motel and transportation vouchers. Our goal is to remove stressors that can keep homeless students from attending school. Our programs help children to live without worrying about where they will sleep or what they will eat.
