Coordinates employment services, including vocational assessments, job readiness training, vocational training, case management, job placement, supportive services and retention services. Adult participants usually work exclusively with one case manager from the time that they are enrolled through job training, placement and retention. Youth program is for high school dropout, is focused on education and includes GED preparation.
