The internships team at foundry10 is focused on providing high school students the opportunity to explore an area of their choosing through a hands-on project that they design. Our program tasks youth to come up with a project idea, put together a team, pitch it to us, and, if accepted, carry it out. We provide materials, an industry-specific mentor for guidance, and space to work, the youth are responsible for getting as far as possible in their work through the duration of the internship. Through this program our intention is to learn more about how passion develops in youth when they get real exposure to their fields of interest.
