Program Overview
Culturally Responsive, Integrated & Strength-Based Parenting & Youth (CRISPY) program is an employment training program provided by Korean Women's Association (KWA) for 16 - 21 year olds in Pierce County who have dropped out of high school or are at risk of dropping out from high school. We provide elementary, core competency skills training that will help Young Adults get jobs in different industries, including:
1) Using Business Technology Systems (in industries like retail, delivery, construction, and community health)
2) Communicating Professionally In Person and Via Email or Virtual Meetings
3) Understanding Data and Reports (in industries like retail, delivery, construction, and community health)
4) Problem-Solving in Different Business Scenarios, By Analyzing Excel Spreadsheets (in industries like retail, delivery, construction, and community health)
