YOUTH WHO ARE
PAL gives priority to schools with a higher free/reduced lunch population, but the ultimately the PAL team chooses and does their best to rotate through schools.
Program Overview
PAL visits an elementary school and has an assembly/activity for all the 2nd or 3rd graders in that school. During the event PAL Officers give a safety presentation, youth hear a book read by an officer, youth get to tour police vehicles, and each youth picks out their own book to take home.
