Who We Are
Our mission is to enable all young people, especially those that need us most, to realize their full potential as responsible, productive, and caring citizens. Wallingford Boys & Girls Club has been around for more than 60 years. The Club was envisioned by a group of local businessmen who recognized the need for a safe place for young children to go afterschool, to keep them from being home alone and getting into trouble. From that basic idea, the Club has grown to be not only that place of refuge, but also a please where learning and creativity flourish.
