Program Overview
As part of the Urban Food Systems Pact’s (UFSP) Food Justice League Series, this program allows young people to explore the emergency foodsystem that surrounds them through a racial equity lens. This session’s capstone project for young people will be developing a cadre of healthy meals and creating the logistical framework for those meals to be delivered to the Skyway Progressive Tiny Village on a weekly basis. Enrollment and participation in WA Fresh 101 and First Aid, CPR, AED (will be assigned upon placement) is required for this project.
