YOUTH WHO ARE
Pregnant or parenting women ages 24 and younger, who are parenting their first child who is 6 months or younger at the time of enrollment. Children ages 3 and younger are also eligible for programs.
Program Overview
Home visiting for pregnant and/or parenting families with children younger than six through evidence and strength-based services. Home visitors porvide a safe space and meet families where they are at while providing basic supplies, parenting support and information, group activities, developmental and health screenings, and referrals to community resources.
