Journeymen Institute

In 2020, Journeymen will serve 200+ boys and young men with programs and courses inspired by our mission to encourage compassionate, inspired and resilient young men through nature-based rites of passage, mentorship, and community engagement.

Our Core Four framework cultivates strength through balance. Through this approach, boys will grow through their relationship with Body, Mind, Heart and Gift on their quest to form a healthy personal identity grounded in solid values that will anchor the transition to young adulthood.

Inspired by nature and based on Vashon Island, Journeymen is a diverse community of young adults, elders, volunteers, guides, youth, and families wholly focused on bringing out the best in our boys.
