Program Overview
Offers supportive services to help young adults achieve their goals as they transition from foster care or homelessness. Core programming is focused around education, employment, and life skills. Services include: - Computer lab - Drop-in case management and resources - Workshops focused on housing, education, employment, health, and life-skills - Internship opportunities - FAFSA help - Resume building - Assistance in achieving all educational goals, from long-term plans to GED completion. Provides snacks and a comfortable space to hang out.
