Who It's For
YOUTH WHO ARE
Youth must be enrolled in a designated class at a partner high school. Currently at West Seattle High School and Interlake High School.
Program Overview
MentorU leverages the proven power of mentoring for college and career success. This mentoring program partners with a local high school, where the high school students communicate with their mentors through online portals as well as meet up once a month at their high school. MentorU provides screened and trained volunteer mentors for incoming freshmen enrolled in an academic enrichment class for students facing academic and personal challenges intended to keep them on track for graduation and success. The mission of MentorU is to help high school students develop personal, academic and career skills.
