School Sports Solution (SSS) Program

The School Sports Solution program provides elementary school boys and girls with the opportunity to participate in three sports seasons; flag football, basketball and soccer. Our program takes place after school, directly at the school. Children also take part in weekly reading sessions with their teammates, receive weekly social emotional learning lessons and attend an end of season character development workshop. The goal is for children to leave each season with not only improved sports abilities but also with increased confidence, improved stress/anger management skills, strong interpersonal relationship skills and increased intrinsic motivation. GYSA uses tested strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes for our athletes.
