Program Overview
Prospere is a small group mentoring program where teens learn what success looks like. The name of the program, Prospere, is Latin for 'to be successful.' The teens in the program drive our topics and curriculum. PAL of SWWA provides the mentors (both law enforcement and community members) and a staff to facilitate the conversations. We target teens coming from lower income families, those coming from single parent households, those who identify as BIPOC, and those that may fall through the cracks if not paired with a caring adult outside the home. We have multiple sites/partners for Prospere throughout Clark County.

This program regularly takes place at different locations.
This program operates in direct partnership with our local schools. As PAL does not have it's own building to host programs in, we do all our programs with others. At the moment we operate this program in 13 schools.
