Korean School of Federal Way

We have various programs for students from age of 4 to college-level to learn about the Korean language and culture. First, we educate Korean-American students living in the states the importance of finding self-identity through language-based education. Secondly, through finding self-identity we want to educate students to respect the diversity of various race and culture that build this community and to become a citizen of democratic society. Lastly, we want to educate all the Americans who want to learn about the Korean language and the culture through this teaching, we wish that the students may understand and respect each other's culture and create a harmony in this diverse society as competent citizens.

We normally meet at the TAF@Saghalie campus in Federal Way on Saturdays at 9:30 am - 1:00 pm during the school year (September - June). However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have transitioned to a fully virtual learning model since March of 2020, and we will continue to operate remotely until it is safe to resume in-person learning.
