Parental consent not required.

Program Overview

The Country Doctor Youth Clinic is dedicated to providing at no cost for the medical and social needs of homeless or unstably housed youth, ages 12-26. We provide bus tickets to homeless youth who come to clinic. There are NO appointments at this clinic, walk-in visits only.

For psych evaluations, please call or have your case manager call to arrange an appointment.
We provide free, confidential medical services including, but not limited to:

General physical exams.
Psychiatric Evaluations and Services
Sexual transmitted infection (STI) testing, including confidential HIV testing and counseling.
Pregnancy testing and referrals.
Birth control including oral contraceptive pills (OCPs), Depo Provera (the shot), NuvaRing (the ring), emergency contraception (Plan B), and condoms.
Upper respiratory problems
Dermatological (skin) problems, including lice and scabies
Musculo-skeletal, like back and shoulder pain, and stress-related problems
Tuberculosis (TB) testing
Dental, vision, and mental health referrals
Acupuncture (call or see monthly schedule)
