Program Overview
At Game 360 (G360 Sports) We harness the power of sports to promote physical and mental well-being, social-emotional learning, and academic achievement. Our engaging sports-based activities and mentorship program create a safe space for youth to build positive relationships, develop healthy habits, and discover their full potential.

Should you or any household member have any of the following COVID-19-like symptoms before, during and/or after work hours, you should take a COVID-19 test and notify your manager immediately. COVID-19-like symptoms include:
- Sore Throat
- Muscle Aches
- Difficulty Breathing
- New Loss of Taste or Smell
- Fever at or above the threshold temperature of 100.4° F (or would have, but for the use of fever-reducers). The threshold temperature is 100.4° F, unless a LOWER threshold temperature is imposed in the local jurisdiction or by the specific center.
All symptomatic individuals, including any immune individuals, may return to the Urban Family facility, if either of the following have been proven:
- 5 full days have passed after the initial symptoms have occurred and a re-test is required as proof of COVID-19 like symptoms are gone.
- A doctor’s note has been written.
However, COVID-19-like symptoms do not qualify as a separate absence or excuse. Any missed work days will be logged as standard “sick days” and/or unpaid work days depending on available time off balance.
