Teens and young adults, ages 14-24, with any type of disability.
Program Overview
Works with teens and young adults with all types of disabilities to help them develop skills in the areas of education, employment, housing, health care and wellness, and money management. Provides opportunities to explore and plan for life as an adult as well as to meet and socialize with peers. Participants practice self-determination and self-advocacy.
