Hand in Hand

Hand in Hand's mission is to restore hope to children and families in crisis by providing services focused on protection, provision, prevention and permanence. Hand in Hand serves children and families in crisis throughout Snohomish County, specifically those impacted by poverty and foster care, through basic needs service delivery, and an emergency shelter for youth initially entering foster care. Hand in Hand's Outreach Program provides emergency food, rent and utility assistance, personal hygiene items and diapers and wipes to families in Snohomish Count, and connects families to local resources in Snohomish County. Safe Place provides emergency shelter, shoes and clothes and medical screenings for youth initially entering foster care.
