Program Overview
Hand in Hand's Basic Needs resources are available to Snohomish County residents, targeting children and families experiencing poverty, and foster youth. Basic Needs resources include: Emergency food, diapers and wipes, rent and utility assistance, personal hygiene items, academic support and emergency shelter for youth initially entering foster care.
