Support for Children and Youth Experiencing Homelessness or Living in Poverty

The ultimate goal of this program is to support students in succeeding both academically and socially in school, closing the achievement gap between them and their higher income peers. Housing Hope accomplishes this through evidence-based interventions and high-quality wraparound supportive services. Covid-19 has exacerbated the challenges facing our families. In this challenging environment, Housing Hope has restructured this program to expand services and provide enhanced support to each family served.
