Dibujando mi Futuro

Dibujando mi futuro (DMF) is a program for Latinx girls between the ages of 12 and 21 that focuses on the challenges during the teen and young adult years and in connection to their unique concept of being Latinx and children of immigrant parents. 

DMF helps participants to express their interest to learn about self-care, independence, vision for their future and mental health. Through the program, girls learn about their sexual and cultural identity; also, they get to know other girls who are going through the same challenges as they are and find a place of comfort. 

They also have the opportunity to share their feelings and their needs as young girls to enhance communication with parents, pursue education and build confidence in the future.
