YOUTH WHO ARE
Low-income youth ages 18-24 who are currently out of traditional school and not working.
Program Overview
Offers a program where youth complete financial literacy workshops, college and career readiness workshops and soft skills workshops. Participants receive on-the-job training through working at CenturyLink and Safeco Field, up to ten hours per week. At the end of the six months, youth get connected with a variety of jobs through partnerships with companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, Airport Jobs, Chipotle and more. Encourages and supports connections with local 2-year and 4-year colleges as well.
