Program Overview
The HHM At-Home Learners Initiative provides students, parents, and teachers with history content and projects designed to enhance and infuse at-home learning with media-based and on-site opportunities to learn and explore local history.
We are adapting our popular Pioneer School Field Trip Experience to media delivery as well as small-group on-site learning, offering a new "Hidden History" COVID-safe campus tour on the museum site and providing in-depth humanities content through our media-based Gallery Highlights, Collections Corner, and Harbor Mystery Museum programs. All of these programs help at-home and small-group learners to investigate local history and find its connections to national topics.
